Published as a part of the Regional Programme of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Southeast Asia Office, Panorama is a journal on Southeast Asian and European Affairs. The present edition is a special Japan-issue on the occasion of the “Germany in Japan Year” whereby more than 300 events have been scheduled nationwide in the fields of culture, economy, politics and science to celebrate the “Germany in Japan 2005/2006” project which runs from April 2005 through the spring of 2006.
