During the training, the teachers acquired skills and knowledges for methods for youth work, thus being able to practicle implement them during their work with the High-School Councils and the students in general.
Specificaly, they learned new tool for debriefing, asking questions, leading and facilitating group discussions and implementation of simulations and exercises.
