Discussion d'experts
Détails
To understand the direct impact of the Taliban's takeover on international terrorism, and to be able to potentially adapt counter-terrorism measures accordingly, a more thorough analysis is needed.
Opening with the Keynote Speech of Rahmatullah Nabil, the Former Director General of Afghanistan's national intelligence and security service, this panel discussion will try to explore this issue further. Through the input of the renowned experts, Dr. Guido Steinberg, Dr. Hans-Jakob Schindler and Dr. Gerhard Conrad, we will establish a picture of the current threat level for Europe and discuss the existing and required counter-terrorism measures. Finally, Roderich Kiesewetter, Member of the German Bundestag, will shed a light on the consequences this has for German politics and the country's intelligence and security services.
The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and the Counter Extremism Project are happy to invite you to this joint event. Participation is possible in person or via Zoom. Please register via the link on the right.
