Give Women the Chance in Politics - Through Leadership Positions

The discourse on gender representation in political processes n Kosovo is dominated by the topic of gender quota of 30% in local and central legislative institutions. The representation of women beyond legislative institutions remains very low and this analysis looks into the opportunity for inclusion in executive branches.
