This publication brings together views from different stakeholders who are involved in the Devolution process in Kenya. In their contributions, they identify the achievements and in particular the challenges with regard to Devolution in the country and give recommendations on how those challenges can be met. The booklet should contribute to a better understanding of the current status of Devolution, its challenges and their potential solutions.
