What if young Europeans got together to talk about youth engagement? The idea does not seem to be new, and yet, no matter how much we discuss it, we rarely find concrete solutions to try to make European politics younger and more dynamic. Too institutional, sometimes disconnected, Europe and the EU are nevertheless at the heart of our futures.
As KAS scholarship holders, through our studies and our commitments, we are and will be led to reflect on how we can open up European engagement to our generation and to the next. So what does it mean to be involved at the European level? Is it possible for a young person today to really get involved? How can we enable more young people to become actors in the European debate?
During a day in Paris, we want to meet young Europeans to reflect together on the findings and the different solutions that we could submit to our leaders to make room for youth.
