Ms. Dy Sereyvoleak is a Research Officer at Konrad-Adanauer-Stiftung Cambodia. She holds a degree of International Relations from the Department of International Studies, IFL. Ms. Voleak is a Project Coordinator of the Research Colloquium.

JoAnn DiGeorgio–Lutz is a Professor of Political Science and Department Head of Liberal Studies at Texas A&M University at Galveston. She is co-editor of Women and Genocide: Gendered Experiences of Violence, Survival, and Resistance. A Fulbright scholar to Jordan and a Fulbright Specialist to Cambodia, her research focuses on gender and memorialization in the aftermath of mass atrocities. She also focuses on the foreign policy and political violence and perpetrator behavior. She is the book review editor for Genocide Studies and Prevention: An International Journal.
