KAS Scholars Leadership Camp

On 17th and 18th August, we had the privilege of hosting a dynamic two-day Leadership Camp for our third batch of KAS Malaysia Scholars at the Glenmarie Hotel and Golf Resort. This enriching experience was led by the inspiring trainer, Shaida M Zin from TAPRO Recruitment & Training Agency.

Our scholars explored essential leadership topics through a thoughtfully curated agenda that included:

• The essence of leadership
• Knowing oneself
• Managing the transition into career life
• Practical mindfulness

A key highlight was the Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC) profiling session, where each participant learned about their specific profile, unique strengths and areas for growth.

We also tapped into our creative side by learning how to make TikTok videos, featuring leaders we admire—a fun and modern way to reflect on leadership qualities.

Another memorable activity was "The Maze," an interactive game that tested our teamwork and communication skills in a challenging yet enjoyable way.

We hope this experience has empowered our scholars with the leadership skills, self-awareness, and creative tools needed to excel in their future careers! 🌟
