Details
This retreat is aimed at addressing national security priority issues. Specifically, the retreat will be presented with the seven Bills that were drafted based on a survey of overlapping mandates which was carried out by KAS. The Bills include:

Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act (Amendment) Bill, 2021

Customs and Excise Management Act (Amendment) Bill, 2021
ECOWAS Convention on Small Arms and Light Weapons, Their Ammunition and Other Related Materials (Ratification and Enforcement) Bill, 2021
