Details
This technical meeting is a follow-up on the draft curriculum which was developed by participants drawn from key security agencies and training institutions. The meeting will provide participants with the opportunity to contribute to the development of a training manual for the implementation of the developed Training Curriculum.
Participants at this workshop will include Heads of Training at the Nigerian Army Headquarters, National Defence College, Department of State Services, Nigeria Police Force and State Services Academy, as well as the Commandants of the Nigerian Army College of Logistics, Nigerian Army War College, Nigeria Defence Academy, Armed Forces Command Staff College, College of Peace and Disaster Management, Police Academy, Police Staff College. Others include the Police Training College, College of Security Management, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Academy and National Institute of Security Studies.
The workshop is part of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung’s support to the security sector reform in Nigeria. This program is funded by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
