A workshop in cooperation with the Office of the Constitutional Court and Law Division of Chiang Mai University with prominent German speakers: Prof. Dr. Ernst Benda, Former President of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany, on the topic "Dynamic Rulings of the Constitutional Court: Principles and Practices" and Prof. Dr. Dieter C. Umbach, Law Professor from Potsdam University, on the topic "Protection of the People Rights and Liberties of Member States under the EU Constitution".
