A seminar with a main objective to enhance the capacity of local authority and community to understand and put Human Rights - Community Right into practice, both at workplace and in daily life. Participants are executives and members of TAOs in Surat Thani Province. Keynote speech on the topic "Community Potentiality: Local Administrative Ability", by Mr Saroj Katchamart, Director-General, Department of Local Administration, Ministry of Interior.
