The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the foundation. It consults and decides on the foundation’s work guidelines; it also receives the business and cash reports and is responsible for approving them; it supports the Board of Directors and elects board members.
The General Assembly convenes at least once a year, usually in the second half of the year. They constitute a quorum if at least half of the members are present. The majority of the members present then decide on resolutions. Decisions are recorded in the minutes.
The total number of association members is limited to 55. Membership shall terminate three years after commencing the activity unless extended for a further three years owing to a decision taken by the General Assembly.
