Carmen Leimann-López

Carmen Leimann-López has been working in the Latin America team since January 2024. Prior to this, she completed a trainee programme at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's international office in Brazil from 2022 to 2023. Before that, she worked for almost six years as a project officer at the international office in Argentina. Ms Leimann-López completed a Master's degree in International Studies at the Universidad del CEMA and a double Bachelor's programme in International Cultural Studies at the University of Passau and the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires. She gained further practical experience at the German-Peruvian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and at secondary schools in the diocese of Santiago del Estero in Argentina. Mrs Leimann-López is a former scholarship holder of the Cusanuswerk e.V.
