Since July 2023, Caroline Schmidt is a policy advisor for migration at the Analysis and Consulting division. Before joining headquarters, she has been working as a research fellow at the KAS Tunisia office for almost two years. She holds a B.A. in French studies and economics and a M.A. in intercultural communication and development economics.
