Mr. Chhayheng Soth is a Program Manager for Foreign Affairs. He is in charge of foreign affairs, public policy, and scholarship program at KAS Cambodia. He joined KAS as Program Officer in March 2022 and was a former intern in 2020. Chhayheng graduated from Thammasat University with a Bachelor of Political Science in Politics and International Relations in January 2023 under two scholarships.
