Dr Patricia Enssle

Patricia Enssle has been a consultant in the Latin America Division (EIZ) since May 2024. Previously, she worked for the KAS as a consultant in the Media Analysis and Archive Department (WD/ACDP) from April 2019 and in the Domestic Programs in the European and International Cooperation Department (EIZ) since March 2021. From August 2021 to October 2023, Ms. Enssle was also part of the Young Group's spokesperson team.

Patricia Enssle graduated with a European Master in Government and a Master of Research in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from universities in Konstanz, Budapest and Barcelona. She gained professional experience at the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the EU in Brussels, at the German Embassy in Managua and at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Geneva. After completing her studies, she worked as a project manager in Barcelona and completed her doctorate at the University of Barcelona in the research field of transitional justice. Most recently, she worked as a field officer for the United Nations Mission in Colombia (UNVMC).
