In the first face-to-face edition of the course, the central theme was the importance of promoting rights and public policies for women, children and adolescents.
The course lasted a whole day and the first part was given by professor Dr Thaís Cavalcanti, who presented the students with the main challenges for promoting women's rights in the current context. After the first presentation, the students were divided into thematic groups to debate the main public policies and existing legislation on the subject, followed by a round of group presentations.
The second part of the day was dedicated to public policies for children and adolescents, with a class given by professor Dr. Wagner Carneiro, also with a workshop and debate and presentation by the students.
