Held on the first day of the February EU summit, the KAS-EM EU Briefing aims to discuss all the issues on the EU leaders's agenda, including the EU budget and the process of reform in the Eurozone. Our panellists will also debate Britain's future in the EU and how developments in the Eurozone effect it.
