The global financial crisis has reached a new level due to high sovereign debts of member states of the European Union and speculation on the financial markets. The complexity of the matter makes it difficult to find ways and strategies to exit the crisis.
It is on this background and on this topic the conference will take place on 21 – 24 September. In several discussion rounds experts from politics, banks, national supervisors from the financial and business sector in Germany, UK and Ireland will elaborate on the following issues: a) past and future measures for battling the financial crisis; b) the sovereign debts of European countries and its threat for the Euro; c) the new necessary financial markets regulation and their enforceability within the European and global financial markets.
