This comprehensive report was the result of a joint study conducted by the Kubernein Initiative and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, India Office. The report launch event took place on 27th October 2023 and was graced by the presence of Ambassador Lakshmi Puri, former Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations and Deputy Executive Director of UN Women.
