The Summer School 2013 is tailored for journalists with special interest in investigations and cross border cooperation in this field. It offers several skill-building panels with focus on the topic of organized crime, including human trafficking and drug smuggling, CAR trainings and research group activities.
With this year’s program participants have the opportunity to learn new techniques of investigative reporting, in the cosy surroundings of Lake Bled in Slovenia and to extend their professional network. Trainers and panellists of the Summer School 2013 are recognized international experts such as David Leigh – one of Britain’s best-known investigative journalists and Marcus Lindemann – expert in computer-assisted reporting from Germany.
Participants at the Summer School will be journalists from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia.
