Details
The organization of a Scientific Symposium on the Criminal Justice System and the Social Welfare provides the opportunity to make a comprehensive academic analysis on the main problems of the Criminal Justice System in Albania and other neighboring Balkan countries and to discuss on the factors that contribute in the effectiveness of criminal justice institutions.
This scientific event serves as a baseline for effective evaluation and empirical research on the main problems of the criminal justice system and crime controlling mechanisms as well as for producing recommendations on further relevant matters that might be considered and on the necessary measures that should be implemented.
