The 2-day discussion will focus on topics like balancing continuity and change in constitutions; constitution, development & social cohesion; constitutionalism & populism; global constitutionalism; and constitution& technology. Experts will be participating from Australia, Cambodia, China, Germany, India, Myanmar, Nepal, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Korea and Vietnam.
