This anthology of analytical materials was prepared by the Razumkov Center and supported by the International Office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Kyiv on the occasion of the 10th meeting of experts within the framework of the Ukrainian-Russian-German Trialogue, which took place from August 18-21, 2019, at the KAS Education Center in Cadenabbia (Italy). The Trialogue in the format of regular trilateral meetings of experts was initiated in 2015 by the KAS foreign offices in Moscow and Kyiv in order to discuss and search for ways to settle the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.

This publication presents positions and forecasts of German, Ukrainian and Russian experts on the perspectives of the Moscow-Kyiv conflict in the context of the change of power in Ukraine and the European Union. Of interest are proposals for minimizing the Russian-Ukrainian confrontation and reducing tensions in the Donbass. The "database of proposals" presented in the anthology takes into account findings from previous meetings, the current state of Russian-Ukrainian relations, and new geopolitical circumstances.     

In addition, the publication includes some results of sociological studies of the Razumkov Centre for the period 2014-2019.
