Ukrainian Media Landscape 2022-2024 is a continuation of a series of analytical reviews devoted to the state of the media in Ukraine, published every few years since 2010 and compiled by the Academy of the Ukrainian Press with the support and in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. The Media Landscape traditionally contains an overview of the prevailing trends and new phenomena in the media field of Ukraine.

Проблеми та структурні дефіцити українського ринку праці мають довгостроковий характер, водночас широкомасштабна війна посилила існуючі диспропорції, змінила умови та принципи, за якими функціонував ринок праці, перевівши його в більш невизначену та небезпечну фазу. Попри поступову адаптацію українського ринку праці до умов війни протягом 2023-2024 рр., саме дефіцит кваліфікованих кадрів та складність найму персоналу (а не зростання цін, нестача електричної енергії чи корупція) залишаються ключовими факторами, що гальмують обороноздатність, економічне відновлення і післявоєнну відбудову України.

Ukraine has high reserves of raw materials, the extraction of which could significantly improve the economic situation and finance the reconstruction of the country. Some of these raw materials are essential for the production of weapon systems. Increased cooperation with the EU could integrate Ukraine into the European internal market and promote its own production of military technologies. However, it is crucial to minimize political challenges to enable necessary investments and not to lose the raw material reserves to Russia.
