Event Recap: AccelerateHER Leadership Lab 2.1

🌟 AccelerateHER Leadership Lab 2.1! 🌟

We are excited to share the successful completion of our AccelerateHER Leadership Lab 2.1, held on 6-7 February in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah! 🎉

This collaborative lab between Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Malaysia and the Institute For Development Studies (IDS) Sabah brought together 20 incredible women leaders from across the political spectrum to learn and share strategies in advancing women's leadership skills. 💪 The lab featured two transformative sessions on (1) unveiling one’s true potential by Dr. Vimi Ramasamy, and (2) communication skills for leaders by Mr. Zain Amri.

The energy and commitment brought to the session were inspiring, as these brilliant women continue working to enhance their leadership capacities and advocate for increased women’s representation in Malaysia's political sphere. 🚀
