2. Guidelines on performance of official functions derived from the case involving a dispute in relation to an administrative agency or state official neglecting official duties required by law to be performed or performing such duties with unreasonable delay under article 9 paragraph one (2);
3. Guidelines on performance of official functions derived from the case involving a dispute in relation to a wrongful act or other liabilities of an administrative agency or state official under article 9 paragraph one (3); and
4. Guidelines on performance of official functions derived from the case involving a dispute in relation to an administrative contract under article 9 paragraph one (4)
