5th Katipunan Conference

Now on its fifth year, the Katipunan Conference carries the theme, “COVID-19 and the Strategic Environment: Change and Continuity,” and looks into the transformations that have taken place and how these impact on Philippine strategic interests and on the regional security architecture since the onset of the global pandemic.
