The Antall József Summer School is an international educational programme launched in 2013 and focusing on Central Europe and its broader region. Organised in Budapest every summer, AJSS welcomes young experts of international relations, political sciences and other related fields to learn more about the V4 and Central Europe, while boosting intercultural dialogue.
Through traditional and more interactive forms of education, including lectures, workshops, debates, roundtable discussions, and short trainings, the annually organised event series provides a profound analysis of the Visegrad Cooperation’s history, economy, foreign and security policy, as well as the newest trends that shape societies in this region. The programme allows young scholars to meet decision makers and outstanding experts conducting research in the topics at hand. The programme includes cultural side events, field visits and networking opportunities. For those applying from the V4 countries and the Western Balkans scholarship opportunities are available.
