Among the participants were Prof. Dr. Georg Milbradt, former Minister-President and Finance Minister of Saxony, Prof. Dr. Stefan Jost, Country Director of KAS Philippines, and Ms. Tonette de Jesus, Senior Program Manager of KAS Philippines.

Participants from the Makati Business Club (MBC) were Dr. Edilberto de Jesus, former Education Secretary, Mr. Arnel Casanova of AECOM, Mr. Coco Alcuaz, MBC Executive Director, Mr. Edward Lim of Morning Star Milling, and Mr. Mark Yu of SEAOIL.
