It taught participants the various aspects of democracy in an interactive manner. Participants left with the understanding of the roots and fruits of democracy, dangers to democracy and the protocols to follow when one needs assistance from the government, municipality or their local councilor. At the end, they graduated with certificates and the ability to teach what they learned.
