The goal of the event is to raise awareness about the energy situation in Macedonia with shearing experience of the countries in the region and European Union. The ”clean energy fair” aims to connect the young people with companies and universities that provide renewable energy opportunities.
The discussions of the current and planned energy investments in Macedonia, gasification, renewable sources and energy efficiency, inspire local activism and entrepreneurship in the energy sector. 3 million jobs should be opened in the renewable energy sector for the green economy by 2020 according the European commission. The energy transformation from fossil fuel societies to renewable energy based society creates a need for a new generation of educated energy talents and its great opportunity for new business and employment.
The event is organized with support of the Embassy of France in Skopje and TITAN Cementarinca USJE AD.
