This program is conducted in cooperation with the Institute of Public Policy Studies to stimulate the local Administration Organizations to find how to provide services according to Official Information Act to the people.
The subtopics of the seminar are "The Understanding of the Official Information Act" and a workshop "Handbook for Key Performance indicator (KPI) for Local Authorities"
