How to complete the rectangle? During one group work task each student has to complete rectangles what is only possible with the help of the other group members. However, they are not allowed to speak with each other.
During the workshop the teams present the results of their group work.

与开迪域联企业管理咨询（上海）有限公司一道，德国阿登纳基金会（上海）为其合作伙伴——上海对外贸易大学的奖学金生们举办了题为“从个人责任到社会责任”的个人发展训练的工作坊。这场别具一格的活动为他们提供了良好的契机，使他们能够在自我认知、职业表现以及社会责任意识等方面更好地取长补短、相互影响。此次活动还有助于开发他们在诸如个人领导素质、开放性、创新思维和持续学习等“软实力”领域的潜能。
工作坊中所采用的理论、实践性辅助手段加深了同学们对个性的认识，同时也为他们拓展了团队合作与沟通的视野。通过理论联系实践相信20名受训者获得了对其未来职业生涯有用的指导与帮助，使他们就自我作为个体在社会中的、所应该扮演的角色进行进一步地思考。
上海对外贸易大学是德国阿登纳基金会在上海的官方合作伙伴。每年一度的奖学金资助项目主要包括各类游学和研讨活动，希望能从政治、经济和社会等多个角度帮助奖学金生们获得对其个人职业发展有益的帮助与指导。
