The "Leaders for Justice" project is a training program for young lawyers from Romania and Bosnia and Herzegovina that teaches value-based leadership and soft skills. The aim is to build a community of motivated and committed lawyers who are committed to the rule of law in their justice system and society. The community now consists of over 300 young lawyers in Romania and over 60 in Bosnia, including judges, prosecutors, police officers and lawyers. They hold leading positions in the judiciary and other institutions, carry out their own projects and support civil society and state organizations as well as journalists in their work.
