After all, artificial intelligence makes it possible to evaluate the enormous volumes of data that are being produced in the course of the digital transformation. The economic and social potential of AI is immense.
In order to exploit this potential, Europe, with its human-centric approach, must become one of the leading AI locations in the world. This was emphasized not only by EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in her inaugural speech. This is also repeatedly emphasized in the more than 20 national AI strategies of the EU member states. In view of this aspiration, the questions arise: Where does Europe actually stand as an AI innovation location in international comparison and how can Europe strengthen its innovation dynamics in the field of artificial intelligence?
In seeking to answer this question, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, together with Cambrian Futures, has produced a study that analyzes in depth the performance of Europe's AI innovation ecosystem. Furthermore, the study analyzes significant trends in the field of AI. In a third step, the study then derives corresponding recommendations for action for European digital policy.
Together with the authors of the study, decision-makers and experts, we will present the results of the study at our event.
If you are interested in Artificial Intelligence and would like to discuss Europe's future in the field with international experts, we would be very pleased to welcome you to our event?
The Event will be held digitally via Zoom. The discussion will be held in German but there will be a simultaneous translation into English.
