Viktor Frank
Head of the Mongolia office and Acting Head of the Kazakhstan office
Viktor Frank has been Head of the Mongolia office based in Ulan Bator since December 2021 and has been acting Head of the Kazakhstan office since January 2025. Previously, he was Programme Manager at ELNET Germany, where he was responsible for initiating and implementing projects in the field of innovation. Before that, Mr Frank was responsible for the press and public relations work of an energy association and also supported its political work. He began his professional career as a research assistant at the foundation in Moscow and then moved to the national office of the Junge Union in Berlin as an international consultant. Viktor Frank holds a degree in political science from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, specialising in international relations.
