The Konrad Adenauer Foundation Office in Albania, in collaboration with the Albanian Policy Center, is organizing the International Conference "Security Challenges and Spheres of Influence in the Balkans" on November 18, 2024.
Supported by the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies (GCMC), this event will bring together national security experts, diplomats, policymakers, and journalists to address the growing influence of Russia and China in the region. Discussions will focus on cybersecurity, hybrid warfare, and governance challenges, aiming to develop actionable strategies to strengthen Albania's democratic institutions and regional security.
