From September 30 to October 2, 2024, the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation and the Albanian Policy Center will organize a conference focused on judicial reform and the building of a strong and independent justice system in Albania.
Prof. Dr. h.c. Rudolf Mellinghoff, along with other experts, will deliver a series of lectures on the importance of the rule of law, sharing experiences from the development of the judiciary in Germany. During the conference, justice professionals, lawmakers, and Albanian policymakers will discuss strategies and future measures for improving the judicial system in Albania.
