Additional International Scholarships
McCloy / ERP / Rhodes Trust
McCloy Scholarship
Launched in 1983, the McCloy Program enables high‑achieving students from all fields to pursue a two‑year Master’s degree designed for future leaders at the Harvard Kennedy School. In addition to preparing scholars for roles in public service and international organizations, the program aims to foster transatlantic understanding and maintain an enduring alumni network. Up to six scholarships are awarded each year.
The German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes) encourages current and former Konrad Adenauer Foundation scholars to apply by November 1 each year. McCloy alumni host information events, and we may nominate select scholars to participate. If you’re interested, please contact Dr. Nora Wirtz: nora.wirtz@kas.de.

The program’s goal is to strengthen transatlantic relations and support highly qualified graduates aiming for careers in the public sector—such as ministries, agencies, foundations, think tanks, international organizations, NGOs, or in academia—while facilitating networking among scholars.
The Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes also encourages current and former Konrad Adenauer Foundation scholars to apply for the ERP Scholarship by October 1 each year.
