The first issue of 2024 of the Brasil em Foco series contains three articles: the first features a reflection by Humberto Dantas on the events of 08/01/2023, in the second, Ana Carolina Abreu analyzes the importance of holding the G20 in Brazil this year, and the third text, by Danilo Marcondes, is dedicated to the security crisis in Ecuador. The Brasil em Foco series aims to publish monthly articles analyzing the main issues on the political scene, in order to contribute to the democratic debate.
