The last issue of 2023 of the Brazil in Focus series is available for free download, with two articles dedicated to the topics of the relationship between the Supreme Court of Justice and the other branches of government, and Venezuela's claim to the territory of Essequibo, currently under Guyana's administration. The Brazil in Focus series aims to publish monthly articles analyzing the main issues on the political scene, in order to contribute to the democratic debate.
