Details
The event will feature 9 panel discussions with speakers from across the continent to tackle all the key challenges facing the EU. Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung will be part of the action focusing on the current state of EU-MENA relations during the first session of the forum from 13:30 to 14:30. We are happy to welcome Dr. Isabelle Werenfels, Senior Fellow in the Middle East and Africa Division at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs, Wolfgang Pusztai, Senior Advisor at the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy as well as Ajla Hotic, Senior Policy Adviser, European People’s Party. The panel will be moderated by Dr. Christina Bache, Associate Researcher at the Center for Migration, Diversity, and Justice at the Brussels School of Governance. A livestreaming will be also available on the Martens Centre website and its YouTube channel.

The event will be broadcast live from Brussels, with Politische Akademie (PolAk – Austria), Anton Korošec Institute (INAK – Slovenia), TOPAZ (Czechia), Luigi Sturzo Institute (ILS - Italy), Konstantinos Karamanlis Institute for Democracy (KKID-Greece), Foundation Tunega, Púčik, Tesár (NTPT – Slovakia), Hanns Seidel Stiftung (HSS - Germany), The Glafkos Clerides Institute (GCI – Cyprus), De Gasperi Foundation (FDG – Italy) among the foundations participating this year.
