The meeting is held once a year and comprises around 20 participants, including MEPs, European lawyers from German universities and representatives of the legal services of the EU institutions.Participation is only possible by personal invitation.
This year, the participants will first discuss the European Constitutional Court. Furthermore, legal questions about the EU exit procedure from the EU and possible legal arrangements for their future relations are highlighted. There is still considerable uncertainty in both aspects.
