KAS Europe Talks: US Elections and the Future of Transatlantic Relations

The European Office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation is delighted to invite you to the next session of our event format “KAS Europe Talks”. In this online format, we are organising discussions with the Director of a different KAS Office on a regular basis, in which the latest developments in the respective country or region as well as the status quo of the relations with the European Union are discussed. The next session will focus on the US Presidential Elections, scheduled for the the 5th of November, and its implications for the future of the transatlantic relationship.

The event "KAS Europe Talks: US Elections and the Future of Transatlantic Relations" will take place on Thursday, 7th November 2024, from 16:00-17:00 CET via Zoom. We are looking forward to discuss the above-mentioned topics with our colleague Dr. Hardy Ostry, Director of the KAS Office in Washington D.C.. After the discussion between Dr. Ostry and Dr. Beatrice Gorawantschy, Director of the KAS European Office, the audience will have the opportunity to contribute their questions to the conversation. The event will be held in German with simultaneous translation into English.
