The European Commission has published a proposal on the ESA Review in September 2017 to pave the way for further financial integration and a full Capital Markets Union. The Commission aims in particular to enhance regulatory and supervisory convergence within the Single Market. We will discuss recent developments related to the ESA Review on June 27 2018, 08.00h, at the upcoming workshop of the KAS-BdB-Finance Forum. Our speakers are: Burkhard Balz (MEP, EPP ECON Coordinator), Andrea Enria (Chair of the European Banking Authority) andChristian Ossig (Chief Executive, Association of German Banks).

The KAS-BdB-Finance Forum is a cooperation between the European Office of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and the Association of German Banks. The events this year will centre around the topic of the Social Market Economy.
