Therefore we organized an evening event with EU Commissioner Günther H. Oettinger and Dr. Mark Speich, the new state secretary of NRW’s Minister of Federal and European Affairs and director of the Representation of North Rhine-Westphalia in Berlin about the work of the European Union and its institutions. The event will be followed by a reception.
