For this reason, this year, for the fifteenth time, we bring together German, Dutch and Belgian politicians and decision-makers in Valkenburg.
Together, we want to discuss important European issues this year, as well as expand our cross-border cooperation. In particular, the focus is on the European elections in May next year. What are the EPP’s priorities? One other issue of the meeting will be the role of Christian democracy in the 21st century. How can and should this be interpreted in the present time under the current framework conditions? And how can or should the European Union as a whole develop?
