This is the third workshop within the German Chinese dialogue project "Social Market Economy and Harmonious Development" jointly organized by Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Institute of Industrial Economics at the Chinese Academy for Social Sciences (CASS) and the GTZ. Chinese and German experts will discuss inter alia the history of competition law in Germany and China, requirements for an efficient competition policy and the question of fair competition in a globalized world.
